This weekend our team is competing on Italian soil, in the famous track of Mugello Circuit, not so far from Florence. Makar Yurchenko and Kazuki Masaki started the day with the FP1, where they had to familiarized with track conditions. After trying some small different details on their bikes, they ended up in P.20 for Makar Yurchenko and in P.24 for Kazuki Masaki. This afternoon they were able to sign better lap times, which gave them the possibility to reduce the gap with the first rider. Combined free practice sessions result sees Makar Yurchenko in 17th position and his teammate Kazuki Masaki in 21st position.

#76 MAKAR YURCHENKO P.17

“Both track and fans here in Mugello are something awesome. Unfortunately tracks conditions are not as good as the ones of the last races, as it presents some holes. Instead, it is very fast and its corners are so tricky and interesting. In the complex I’m satisfied with the work we have done today with the team, because I was able to find a good feeling both with the bike and track. Even so, I have to improve my riding style in the corners, but, for today, I’m happy with the step we have made today.”

#22 KAZUKI MASAKI P.21

I’m very happy with the work we have done today because, finally, we were able to find a good feeling with both bike and track from this morning. Even if I was riding with used tires, I was able to sign a good lap time. Then, when we changed the tires for the last run, I could improve my lap time by reducing the gap with the first group. Tomorrow we have to keep working in order to try to get a pass for the QP2 during the FP3 in the morning. “
