An hard sunday for our team in Silverstone circuit.

Quite positive warm up session for our riders, in which they have had the possibility to prepare the right strategy for the race by improving they felling with the bike.

Altough our Yurchenko started the race from the nineteenth position on the grid, he has been able to overtake some riders during the firsts laps. He remained in the second group, and he fought until the end with Canet to gain the thirteenth position. Due to exceeding track limits, he has been given a ten positions penalty at the end of the race.

On the other hand, Masaki suffered a lot his left foot pain both during Warm up and race. Even tough, he wanted to fight until the checkered flag to end the race and gain some important informations for the next events. Luckly it has been only an hard pain and he will race again in the next race in Misano.

“Not a positive weekend overall for us here in Silverstone. Today I worked a lot during the warm up in order to gain the right feeling and pace for the race. As we started from the middle of the grid, it was not easy to overtake many riders and stay with the first group. I tried many times to make a fast pace and reach the first group, but unfortunately it has been so hard for me. In the last laps I was in the second group with very fast riders and I have been able to ended up ahead of them. Unfortunately, after the flag, the race direction gave me a penalty, so our three points flew away. “

“Very difficult day for me after the double crash in the previous days. I suffered a lot since the start because this morning my foot was very bloated and sore, and as it is the left one, is the one I use most. Although I knew my result would not have been positive, I was only thinking about finish the race and gain the right feeling with my bike in all the conditions, because I would like to improve during the last races and end up in the firsts positions. Now I will have two weeks to cure my foot and try to be ready for Misano.”
